We strictly control the quality at all levels of production, starting from the purchase of raw materials and materials, ending with the process of packaging finished products. To ensure the high quality of confectionery products, the company has adopted a three-stage control system:
Firm final quality and safety inspection of raw materials and materials
Intermediate quality control of the test and products on production lines
Final (production and laboratory) quality and safety control of finished products.
Currently, “Sladonezh” company has developed and uses a a food safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GOST R ISO 22000-2007 “Food safety management system. Requirements for organizations involved in the objective of producing food products”.
